spagetti bolognesa vegetariano

1 paquete de spagetti
2 latas de tomate
1 cebolla chica
1 diente de ajo
1 morrón verde (chico)
1 poco de aceite de oliva
1 paquete de "mince quorn" *
sal
pimienta
orégano
chorrito de leche o cucharadita de azúcar (para que el tomate no sepa ácido)

Poner el agua a hervir (para tirarle los tallarines en cuanto lo haga)
En una sartén poner aceite de oliva con la cebolla y el morrón. Después agregarle el quorn (lo mismo que harías con carne picada). Ahora agrega el ajo picado. Cuando veas que el quorn se puso marrón oscuro podés agregar la salsa de tomate. Sal, pimienta y orégano. También ahora el chorrito de leche o azúcar.

Para bebé: así como está servirle un poco en su bol, picarlo o cortarlo chiquito depende la etapa del bebé.

Why so good? Although I am not a vegetarian, I am aware of the fact that this product is a great replacement for dead animals, and in this has many good points. For those of us who are less concerned on the moral stand point it still has huge benifits.Quite apart from the fact that I enjoy a meal so much more if I am gaurenteed not to end up with a mouth full of fat or gristle(something that has long since put me off traditional minced beef),it has health benifits in the fact that it is high in fibre and protein,but very low in fat.

Oh my god - you are a cookery queen! Why did I not know this??? You must send all recipes in English to me!!! I can't believe you haven't shared this before!!! I'm going to read through and try and understand all ofthese! This is now my favourite blog!!! :o)
